Fees are exempted of VAT. Exo (art. 44 1.s) of Luxembourg VAT law.

Online Registration
You will always receive a confirmation of your booking. An automatic reply will immediately follow an on-line registration and in the subsequent business days a complete confirmation will follow once your registration has been processed by our secretariat.
If you do not receive anything, please send an e-mail to to make sure that we have received your booking.

If possible, please use the on-line payment opportunity while registering for the event you want to attend. Otherwise, payments, net of all bank costs, should be made to:

Collective remittances should always be accompanied by a list of names.

Participants' Cancellation Policy
Substitutions may be made at any time, by advising the Event Secretariat by written notice of any change of name. The replacement's registration fee will be subject to pricing based on his/her registration type (e.g. membership status).

Cancellations should be sent by written notice to the Event Secretariat. No refund will be given for any paid registration after 23 February 2018.

Data Protection
The personal information provided by you will be held on our database. It may be used to keep you up-to-date with developments in your industry and the events organised by the Luxembourg Centre for Logistics and Supply Chain Management and the University of Luxembourg. Liability and Insurance
The Organisers will not assume any responsibility whatsoever for any damage or injury to persons or property during the event. The participants are recommended to arrange their personal travel and health insurance.

Applicable Laws and Competence
If no agreement can be reached, any dispute related to the commercial relation will be taken in charge by the exclusive competence of the Luxembourg's juridiction.
