Upon registration to the conference you will be asked to provide some personal data, such as contact information and details regarding your participation to the conference's social activities.

This personal information is collected and further processed by the organisers of the conference in order to organise the logistics and the event itself, as well as to provide you with relevant information. The data will not be used for any other purpose and will not be retained in our systems beyond the period necessary to achieve these objectives.
